The Dr. Mommy and Me digital subscription is created with children 3-8 years old in mind, but you’ll often be able to adapt activities to suit older children as well. Please keep in mind all activities require adult supervision. 

Every activity has an easy-to-shop list of supplies and links to Amazon. We re-use many items from month to month and try to use a lot of supplies you likely already have at home!

Once you have downloaded the PDF for the month, you will have access forever.  New content is released on the 25th of each month to give you time to prepare for the month ahead.

Dr. Mommy and me is a digital monthly subscription. You will be automatically charged $8 monthly from your start date.
